Powered by RedCircle

Celeste Durve and Kelsi Kitchener own VIPER, LA's premier hospitality agency that specializes in guest experience on behalf of brands. You can find their team running the doors of celebrity birthdays, award shows, sporting events, and more. Celeste and Kelsi lead an all-female team of 50 VIPER Girls and created their business self-funded. They also recently launched their own podcast called Smart is Sexy, available anywhere you find podcasts.

In this episode of How Do You Do? Podcast, Ben asks Celeste & Kelsi about the early days of VIPER and initial pushback they received from established players in the nightlife & live events industry (2:45), how they and their team stay safe and keep cool heads when tensions flare at check-in for major events and nightclubs (16:32); how they, as leaders, determine whether an approach they're experimenting with is succeeding or failing (23:45), and more.
